Downtown Put-in-Bay businesses and island residents join together for one gigantic garage sale on Saturday. Take advantage of great discounts on merchandise and various island treasures. The annual sale starts at 8:00 AM and ends at 5:00 PM. Maps with locations of the garage sales will be distributed the day of the event.
Make sure you stop by the Chamber of Commerce office downtown (next to the Village Bakery, behind the Tour Train and Ferry Buy stop) to pick up a map of locations. They usually also post it on their website and it will be available here when it is ready.
If you are a guest of the Island Club or Put-in-Bay Condos, you can rent a golf cart onsite at either property to get around the island and pick up some hidden gems at these garage sale events. If you are staying downtown, check out the Put-in-Bay Golf Cart Depot for hourly or daily rentals. This is a great chance to discover the island, meet some local residents, and go home with one-of-a-kind island memorabilia.
